Esther was born in a hospital in Lilongwe. Her mother works as a prostitute in the capital. when Esther 1 year and a few months old, she was abandoned by her mother. The police can trace the uncle and brought her to the house Afriana. Esther is chronically malnourished and therefore medical suffered permanent damage. Fortunately it is now much better with Esther. Esther is the fourth child of her mother and uncle takes care of the first three children. The uncle has decided to make available for adoption Esther.
