On February 7 September started the new school year. Last year, Maria and Diana went to a local nursery school. Diana in May became three and this year goes to the beginners class at Ebenezer. Ebenezer is a mission school in Nkhoma. We teach in English, and there is a maximum of 30 students per class. The level of education is much higher than the level at the government primary school, I am therefore very pleased that Diana is allowed. Mary is not until November 3 and is therefore still a year to the local nursery school. In pre-school play, dance and sing in the local language (Chichewa).
Katie and Tiwonge are both also admitted to Ebenezer! Katie is in groep 7 started, Tiwonge in groep 6. Katie doing very well. Scythe able to attend classes, I'm very proud of her aangezzien they last 2 year not been to school. Before she went to a public school where the level is much lower. She has lessons 7.30 to 12.30 in the morning. In the afternoon they follow extra classes to prepare her for the exam at the end of the school year. From 3 to 4 in the afternoon I help her with her homework.
Tiwonge is in groep 6 started, but the level was too high for her. Friday I had a conversation with the professor and we have decided that they return to group 5 will go. Tiwonge also used to go to a government school, zaten er meer and 80 children in her classroom. I'm hard at work with her to get to her level.
